2010 Brisbane Seniors Clay Court Tournament

This will be the first tournament conducted by the Brisbane Seniors Tennis Club and it is to be held at the George Alder Centre; Ernest St. Leichhardt; Ipswich; Ipswich Junior Tennis Centre; Chermside Road, Queen’s Park, Ipswich.

The court surface will be natural clay and artificial grass and will be conducted on August Sat.7th & Sun.8th 2010.

Closing date for entries is July 25.

Brisbane Seniors Tennis Club: Senior of the Year Award

A very surprised Chris Lewis is congratulated by Vice-President Dennis Biggs on being awarded the Club's 2009 Senior of the Year Award.

At the AGM in November, the following people were elected as Office Bearers:

President Chris Lewis
Vice President Dennis Biggs
Secretary Julianne Daniel
Treasurer Keith Kropp
Committee Joyce Young, Val Balnave, Stan Cuthbert.

The 2009 Winners of each division were

Division 1: JB’s defeated Puffing Billies
Division 2. Beenleigh defeated Sea Urchins.
Division 3. Dokics d Federers
 

Fixtures for 2010 commence on 21 February 2010.

Sign on day at Morningside Tennis Centre on Sunday 7 February 2010.
 

BSTC Clay tournament to be held on 7/8 August 2010. More details soon.
